It seems congratulations are due the Bell family, as I hear the Delegate and his wife, Jessica, will soon be welcoming their second child. I'm sure I join many in Virginia in sharing their joy. Unfortunately for some, this news may be a cause for mixed feelings. Some will be very happy for the Bells, while at the same time saddened to learn that Del. Bell will not be challenging Ken Cuccinelli for Attorney General.
Meanwhile, Paul Harris is still not pregnant...
